While we don't offer phone support, we've found our chat system to be highly effective, providing you with a written record of our conversation for future reference.
For urgent inquiries, please contact us with as much detail as possible, and indicate the matter's urgency. Providing your login details can also expedite the support process. We strive to respond to all queries within 12 hours, often much sooner, but we ask for your patience, especially over the weekend when response times may vary. Rest assured, every query is important to us and will receive a response.

Please be assured that integrating Power Tools with your e-commerce site does not grant us access to any personal information about your customers, nor do we collect or retain such information.
Liability Limitations
Power Tools shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or lost profits, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability of Power Tools, for all damages of any kind, shall not exceed the cost of the product purchased.
We design Power Tools to enhance your store's capabilities. However, we recommend reading the documentation, backing up your data, and proceeding carefully when working with new features and tools.
Our Code of Conduct
As a small business, we understand the challenges you face. Our support team, including the developers, is committed to your success. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse and ask for respectful communication at all times. Abusive behavior will impact the level of support received and may lead to service restrictions or blacklisting. We aim to foster a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved.

Installation Guidance
Our application offers a variety of advanced features that may require adjustments to your theme. We strive to make sure most features are immediately operable ("turnkey"), however if you have specific requirements we've developed several installers and code helpers to streamline the setup and customization process for your store.
For those with rare or custom themes, we offer generic installers, which may necessitate a basic understanding of HTML and CSS due to the vast range of themes and their nuances.
Should you need assistance with theme modifications, we offer an installation service for a fee. Alternatively, a skilled web developer or Shopify Expert can provide the necessary support.
SEO Compatibility
Our apps are designed to be SEO-friendly and, in many cases, can enhance your site's search engine performance. However, existing SEO issues within your theme may be magnified. These issues are typically beyond our support team's ability to fix, as they stem from the theme itself rather than our app. We recommend consulting with an SEO professional for theme-related SEO concerns.
Considerations for Large Stores
Stores with over 10,000 products may experience longer update times due to Shopify API rate limits, which are beyond our control. While Power Tools generally does not impact your store's performance, extreme scenarios might lead to increased page load times. Should you encounter any speed issues, our support team is ready to provide guidance on resolving them.
Reporting Bugs and Issues
We employ state-of-the-art monitoring tools to detect downtime, errors, job failures, and slow performance. Your feedback on bugs or issues is invaluable and greatly appreciated.
