The information which we collect is limited to information provided by you, our online Merchant customers and prospective customers, who integrate (or may integrate) our products and services on your ecommerce websites.

The information we collect from you may include your identity and contact details, your history of purchases and use of our products and services and details of enquiries or complaints you make.

We do not collect or retain any personal information about your customers. Merchants are free to make their own arrangements with their customers concerning customer privacy and personal information. The integration and use of our products and services will not interfere with these arrangements as we do not collect or retain any of this information.

Merchants should not provide us with personal information about their customers. In the unlikely event that this occurs, this information is not retained by us.

We use cookies on the website. A cookie is a small text file that the website may place on your device to store information. We may use persistent cookies (which remain on your computer even after you close your browser) to store information that may speed up your use of our website for any of your future visits to the website. Please note that where you require us to delete personal information which is required to provide you a service (such as customer support) we may no longer be able to provide you with this service.
